Terms and Conditions

 CANCEL                                     NO-SHOW                        GRACE PERIOD

Changes to your appointment and cancellations must be done 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 6 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.

If you completely miss your appointment you will be considered a No-Show. 100% of your booked service will be charged.

If you are running late to your appointment, please send us a text.  We will give you no more than a 10 minute grace period. Please understand we book in close window increments. However, if our schedule allows we will accommodate you!
